Payment and Cancellation

Airport Drop off & Pick-up Procedures

  •  We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS
  • Payment is due upon confirmation of service.  Additional standby time or beverage service will be charged when incurred. 
  • Reservations cancelled or changed with at least 48 hours before time of  pick-up will be refunded 100%.  Cancellations or changes due to flight cancellations may be rescheduled without penalty. 
  • Reservations cancelled or changed between 48 and 24 hours of pick-up will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations or changes due to flight cancellations may be rescheduled without penalty. 
  • Reservations cancelled or changed within 24 hours of pick-up time are non-refundable.
  • Sedan and SUV hourly charters require payment in full upon confirmation of service. There is a 50% cancellation penalty if cancelled after booking, and non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours of pick-up date.
  •  For our SPRINTERS, BUSES & STRETCH LIMOS, 50% deposit is due upon confirmation of booking, and payment in full due 2 weeks prior to service date. There is a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled after booking.
  • SPRINTERS, BUSES & STRETCH LIMOS are non-refundable if cancelled 7 days or less before pick-up date.
  • ​​Bonavia Limo is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

In-Car Alcohol

  • Per California law, passengers who are of legal drinking age may request to consume alcohol in vehicle.
  • Drivers may ask customers to furnish proof of age for any passenger consuming alcohol in our vehicles.
  • Under age consumption of alcohol  or disruptive behavior will result in the driver returning to the original pick-up location and terminating service without refund.
  • All airport pick-ups will occur curbside unless a meet and greet pick-up is prearranged.
  • Drivers will connect with passengers via the passengers' provided mobile/cellular phone number.
  • Driver will stage at limo lot and at will embark toward the pick-up curb. location once the customer has collected all luggage, is outside and has relayed door number to driver via mobile/cellular phone.
  • International SFO pick-ups MUST be completed at the limo zone
  • International arrival pick-ups are an additional $25.
  • Meet and greet service is an additional $50 plus $10 parking fee.
  • Additional $40 for airport transfers between 11:00pm and 5:30am.
  • Drivers will hold a name sign and wait at baggage claim during meet and greet service.
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seatbelt seating capacity.
  • Airport transfers must be completed with-in 2 hours of scheduled flight arrival.  Airport transfers not completed with-in 2 hours of scheduled arrival time will be charged an additional $80/hour starting at 2 hours passed scheduled arrival time.
  • ​Standby time will be charged if all passengers are not in the vehicle 10 minutes of pre-arranged pickup time to the airport. The time will be charged in 15 minute increments at a rate of $25/sedan and $30/SUV for every 15 minute increment.
  • For point to point service, standby time will be charged if all passengers are not in the vehicle 10 minutes after pre-arranged pickup time. The time will be charged in 15 minute increments at a rate of $22.50/sedan and $30/SUV for every 15 minute increment.

Vehicle Damage

  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by any members of their party.
  • Smoking is not allow in any of our vehicles.
  • Sanitation fee is $300.00 minimum.
